Living True Mood Management Workshop Series
The Living True curriculum is a 6-week educational series geared toward learning how to better cope with intense emotions (including anxiety and depression) increase self-esteem, and discuss how to live closer to your values. College Students of Color
The goal of this group is to offer college students of color a space to share experiences, ideas, and support as we discuss what it is like to study in our skin. This group is open to undergraduate, graduate, and professional students from ALL disciplines and college/university campuses. Drop-ins welcome, RSVP is encouraged.

Survivors of Divorce Group
Divorce is a complex and painful process. This group is aimed for individuals who have experienced divorce and are looking for a supportive community to express emotions, exchange ideas, and heal.
